Alabaster Ceramic Dildo

Regular price $80.00

Find your own pleasure zone and treat yourself to an orgasm or 4. Our Alabaster dildo is always hard and ready. The non-yielding nature of ceramic as well as the weight of the material engages your pelvic floor for a fantastically strong orgasm. The ripples in the shaft are a wonderful massaging tease and the curve combined with the ridge around the head allows for easy G spot stimulation.

Since each Alabaster Dildo is completely handmade, no two are alike. Please allow us to choose one for you, based on your personal preferences for small or large, slender or filling, heavily rippled or gently rippled. You can select your preferences above.

Lubrication

The silky smooth surface glides easily with a small amount of any lubrication, including your own. Because the lube won't absorb into the non-pourous surface, a little bit goes a long way.

Temperature Play

Ceramic is wonderful for temperature play. The naturally cool ceramic can be warmed under the tap to body temperature, or chilled for an extra tingly sensation on a hot day. The included natural cork allows you to fill your Alabaster Dildo with cool or warm water and cork it for extended temperature play.

Scrub a dub dub

It's so easy to clean. Basic soap and water is all it takes to clean this non-pourous glazed dildo. You're more than welcome to use your favorite cleaner or even run it through the dishwasher if you'd like.

Jet Setting

The Big Rooster Pottery Alabaster Dildo is a great travel companion since it's so easy to clean with just soap and water. You won't have to worry about transporting special liquid toy cleaners through airport security. To keep hands off in case my bag is inspected, I always put my Big Rooster Pottery dildo in a clear gallon ziplock bag so they can see what it is without having to actually touch it. If they do end up touching it, though, soap and water clean up is all it takes.

Keeping it green

Eco friendly ceramic is made for a lifetime of use. Unlike other toys, there are no unsavory chemicals to leach from the surface or degrade your new favorite toy over time. In addition to reducing the amount of dildos in our landfills, we recycle and reuse every bit of clay in the studio. The clay water from the pottery making process is used to water our garden and all the clay scraps are made into fresh clay. Even the dildos that don't make the cut are smashed and the ceramic bits are used to aerate container gardens.

Sexy Textures

The kiln firing process requires that the bottom of your Big Rooster Dildo be unglazed so that when it reaches the maximum temperature of 2200 degrees in our electric kiln, the glaze won't permanently adhere it to the kiln shelf. We like to think of this as another opportunity for texture play. The slightly rougher surface of the vitrified stoneware can create a delicious sensation when your partner gently drags it across your skin, perhaps up your thigh or across your tummy. We never miss an opportunity for sensual exploration and the glazes and textures of our dildos were created with this in mind.

Play it safe

When sexy time is safe, it's even easier to relax and enjoy. Before each use, inspect your Big Rooster Dildo for any chips or cracks. It's super durable, but banging against something else hard in the nightstand drawer or dropping it onto a hard surface may cause damage. If you find any chips or cracks in the surface, discontinue use immediately. I know it sucks to lose your favorite sexy time toy to an accident, but better safe than sorry. As a frame of reference, though, I made my first ceramic dildo in 2007 and it is still in beautiful shape. To keep it safe, simply wrap it in something soft or return it to the original packaging when you pack it away. Even better, just leave your new piece of sculpture on your nightstand, dresser or mantle.

*Warning. Never place a ceramic dildo in a microwave. Even if it feels ok against your hand, there are likely to be hot spots that could really be unpleasant elsewhere. Likewise, chill your dildo using cold water or an ice bath but never in the freezer. Once the ceramic is frozen, anything wet will stick to it like your tongue on a frozen flag pole. No one wants that trip to the ER.*
